Since last week I tipped the scales at 13.8, I was getting dangrously close too 14 stone,A weight I Would never say that I would get to.
So I decided that I would start running three times a week and switch pop to water ale for a small shandy etc, So far I have got down to 13.2 and going to continue until I hit 11.5 stone the weight that I want to get.
